SHIPPING
We advise that customers or its representatives to carefully inspect the items upon delivery. It is a requirement for you to sign our trip ticket to confirm that the items are received in good condition. Please leave a remark should you have concerns/complaints or refuse receipt of the item/s.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If the customer wishes to return items for an exchange or refund, please email us a brief explanation for the reason of return at customerservice@sylpauljoyce.com.ph or call us through our numbers (043) 774 5869 or +63 923 081 3161. Items will be inspected by our staff for verification. No returns will be accepted without prior approval of return. Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange or refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse return, replacement or refund if it has been evaluated by our staff that the items went through abuse and/or misuse. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
