Para sa mga interesado na mag-apply sa In-House Installment Plan ng Sylpauljoyce Furniture & Decor ay mayroon 3 to 6 months installment na pagpipilian ng mga interesado na mag apply. Ang minimum purchase para sa In-House Installment ay Php 5,000 hanggang Php 50,000 maximum purchase ng bawat item or producto na mapipili ng mga customer na mag apply ng In-House Installment Plan.

2. Ano po ba ang mga requirements para makapag-apply sa In House Installment Plan?

Basic Requirements:
- Filipino Citizen
- Must be 21 years old at time of application but no more than 65 years old upon maturity.
- P120,000.00 Minimum Gross Annual Income
- Must have a mobile phone and at least 1 landline phone at either residence or office.
- For Salaried Employees: Must be atleast one (1) year tenure with the company
- For Self-Employed: Must be a sole proprietor or majority part-owner of a company operating for at least two (2) years.
Document Requirements (Pre-Approval):
- Proof of Income for Salaried Employees
- Original Certificate of employement and income (COE) issued in the last three (3) months indicating status and length of service
- Latest Pay slip atleast one (1) month - Proof of Income for Self-Employed
- DTI (department of Trade and Industry), Mayor’s Permit, and Barangay Clearance / Barangay Business Permit. - Proof of Identification - Photocopy of atleast two (2) valid photo-bearing identification documents, front & back issued by an official authority such as:

3. Saan po dadalhin ang mga nasabing requirements?
Maaring dalhin ang mga nabanggit na requirements sa pinaka malapit na branch ng Sylpauljoyce Furniture & Decor.
4. Magkano po ang kailangang bayaran para makuha ang furniture or appliances?
Recommended po ng In-House Installment Plan na mas malaki ang ihulog na cashout upang mas lalong lumaki ang chances na maapprove ang inyong application. Maaari po tayong magbayad ng minimum of 30% downpayment.
5. Saan po ako makakabayad ng aking mga monthly installment?
Marami pong paraan para bayaran inyong In-house installment. Pwede nyo po bayaran tru online bank & G Cash/PayMaya or mag tungo po sa pinaka malapit na branch ng Sylpauljoyce at dalhin ang inyong sales invoice.

Tandaan lang po nang mga sumusunod:
- Sa tuwing magbabayad ay dalhin po ang inyo katibayan ng sales invoice sa malapit na branch ng Sylpauljoyce.
- Kailangan po na at least 3 days ahead ang pagbayad ng monthly fees upang maiwasan ng mga delay at abala.
- Sa magbabayad naman po na thru bank online payment and GCASH/PayMaya ay mag send po screenshot ng proof of payment sa FB Account/Messenger: Sylpauljoyce Mktg (Marketing Department).
